Hype Post – Kiss of the Royal by Lindsey Duga

**Disclaimer: I have not read Kiss of the Royal or any spoilers about it.  I just received a copy in the mail this afternoon.  The following is speculation about what I think I will like and dislike about it.**

Initial Thoughts

This book caught my eye on Instagram as the author, Lindsey Duga, was celebrating its one year publication birthday.  The premise sounded interesting and I thought I would check it out.  Also, the paperback price was better than the Kindle price so it was a great deal.

Cover Art

I like the cover of this book.  I don’t have too many pink books and the design is definitely interesting.  I’m not sure what it has to do with the story yet, but I am eager to find out.

Notes on the Dust Jacket

There’s not much in this description except for the idea that our two main characters do not get along.  It sounds like a fun story and I expect there to be witty dialogue between these characters.  I’ll be majorly disappointed if I don’t get that.

I don’t have a lot of material to work with here but the story sounds good, it’s a relatively short book (coming in at 374 pages), so, it should be a quick read.  I’m excited to share my final thoughts once I finish reading.
