**Disclaimer, I have not read Broken Throne or any spoilers about it. The following post is pure speculation on what I think I will like and dislike about it.**
Title Broken Throne
Author Victoria Aveyard
Description from Amazon
The perfect addition to the #1 New York Times bestselling Red Queen series, this gorgeously designed package features three brand-new novellas, two previously published novellas, Steel Scars and Queen Song, and never-before-seen maps, flags, bonus scenes, journal entries, and much more exclusive content.
Fans will be delighted to catch up with beloved characters after the drama of War Storm and be excited to hear from brand-new voices as well. This stunning collection is not to be missed!
I haven’t finished the Red Queen Series yet so I probably won’t be reading this one for a while.
The cover art is cool. But, what’s really cool, is the perfect ombre effect all 5 books have together. I love me some light blue to dark purple fading. Major shelf appeal!
Notes on the Dust Jacket
There really isn’t much on this dust jacket as all of these stories are tied to the main series. You can’t really detail all of them and several, I’m sure, contain spoilers for the series.
I really like when authors who write series also include novellas of uncaptured scenes from the main series. Personally, I love a good short story and I really enjoy Victoria Aveyard’s writing style. Once I finish the main series, I’ll be sure to tackle this collection of novellas.
